A beautiful little story about realizations, familial obligations, and the beautiful journey of falling in love for the first time. 🥰 Highly recommend this if you're a fan of tsundere Damian, soft Damian, or both!

Within the castle walls holds an open secret, fantasy au of Damian and Anya being deeply in love probably inspired by the first season of House of the Dragon, but dw no one actually blood related is getting together here.

My good friend magical_realist wrote this oneshot for a Damianya Week a few years ago, and it's one of the best historical fantasy AUs I've ever read! I'm a huge fan of her in general because she's so good at nailing character emotions and building beautiful worlds that take you away from reality.
Princess Anya has to marry Crown Prince Deme for an alliance, but she's allowed to keep being in a relationship with her childhood sweetheart Prince Damian 💖
Lots of House of the Dragon elements woven throughout, so if you're a fan of GoT or its accompanying series, definitely check this one out! You'll be so happy you did 🫶
