WIP, but I didn't find that it felt lacking or unfinished. This characterization of Adam is so staggeringly good that I wanted it to go on forever. Adam's relationship with others (Gansey, Blue, Henry, his parents) is so so so good and true to canon, I just felt all his emotions and honest teenage confusion. And his early-days moments with Ronan were gorgeous

vaguely placed in the timeline, it's deliciously fumbling teenage emotions and falling in love and having to actually express that. LOVED the car scene and their first kiss under the stars. so good -

this is in character in a way that hurts because, canonically, these are teenagers with issues and no emotional intelligence. but the way they try so hard is all the more beautiful for it. the last paragraph KILLED, so also there's that.
