    Or, Shane gets rightfully fed up after the first month of Hayden's behavior towards Ilya. Punching Ilya was the final straw, so he tells Hayden to pretend he never found out. It sets off a chain of events landing him, happily, in Ottawa a year earlier and with a better support system for both him and Ilya.

    the last couple chapters were really funny. Scott hunters crash out voicemail was gold. not sure that these are accurate depictions of character relationships but this fic was good. glad that Shane and Ilya have real friends and the wedding was cute. there were a lot of time skips and not completely satisfying.

    okay not a frequent reader of the omega verse but this fic was so wholesome and sweet/ they face adversity and overcome it together and the plot is good. I cried tears of joy in the last chapter. overall great fic. Shane is an omega hiding in the league and he is branded as the golden alpha. Ilya is on the voyageurs too and everyone is much nicer and more accepting than canon
