In the year between the Cottage and the Centaurs, Ilya misses Shane more than ever. Svetlana’s teenage cousin offers a coping method: Kpop-style Shane Hollander photocards to stare at all day long. It's a shame carrying around pictures of fellow hockey players is just not socially acceptable.
…At least, not yet.

A shaky video, taken at a recent Centaur’s game. It slowly zooms in on the ice, where the ice crew quickly skate with shovels to clear the ice of snow. The Centaurs keep moving, some towards the bench to take a drink, Wyatt Hayes in the back moving around to stay warm. The video catches one player, Luca Haas, standing stock still. He is clutching his stick at his side and stares off in the distance, expression blank, seemingly not noticing the ice crewmember having to sharply pivot to not crash into him. “Oh my god,” the person filming says, laughter in their voice, “What is he doing? Why is he just standing there?”
