Summary
Jason shifts a little so that he’s half-straddling Dick’s leg. He repeats, more pained and more desperate, “Hurts.”
“I know.” Dick hesitates. Before Jason presented, Dick had been prepared to help him out if the kid presented omega. As the only—previously only—omega in the pack, it was a duty he knew would fall to him and that he would’ve been happy to fulfill. But this is—this is different. This is Dick’s little brother, broken and crying, desperate for any kind of relief from the agony his body is in. It’s not just agony from his wounds, either, or from the transformation that was forced upon him.
Bitching always triggers a heat.
Jason survives the warehouse. He doesn't survive it unscathed.

Dick is lucky that the mercenary doesn’t kill him when he finds him dangling from the rafters. He’s lucky that the man takes him back to his safehouse, gives him shelter, and treats his wounds. He’s lucky to be alive.
