"It didn’t take Karl long to realize how physically affectionate George is. Honestly, he probably should’ve realized sooner, the fans weren’t the only ones who watched the meet-ups between George and Wilbur. But it’s George, snarky and reserved George who got antsy about being sappy with his friends and would rather laugh off an ‘I love you’ than reciprocate. Of course Karl assumed George didn’t like touching all that much. Besides, Sapnap was fine with Karl clinging to him and Quackity was downright cuddly when in the right mood, so it took Karl about a week into their three-week hangout to realize that George had been quietly gravitating to his side. It took a few times of George whining about Karl dominating Quackity’s attention or pressing against Karl’s side as the taller man forced Sapnap to sit between his legs before he realized that maybe Karl was the one George was after."
OR - Karl and George are the most physically affectionate of the Feral Boys, and as a result, they tend to be glued together at the hip for their three-week meet-up. However, George is unwilling to admit this to anyone but Karl, and this miscommunication spirals.
