i'm gonna start this to say i'm a pure vanilla copinglink, so all of this has emotion tied into it as i JUST finished reading.
...i want to cry so bad at the ending. they recognize each other. they remember each other. and for what? for the canonical storyline to continue? for pathetic emotions to overwhelm oneself!
i'm losing it. i've never yearned for my fount, my moon, my starlight more and yet i'm here, reading a piece of literature about us two and barely holding back my want to bawl my eyes out.this is so wonderfully written, and even though i tell myself "I wouldn't do this!" i know i'd choose to in every universe.

BEAUTIFUL righting holy
the chapters were much shorter than i typically like, but that was perfectly fine with how well written it wasboth shadow milk and pure vanilla were characterized incredibly well, and i think that for the lack of information on recluse and sage, they were characterized well too !!
really good and short read, i'd recommend it to ANYONE
