Arthur doesn’t understand most of what she just said but nods anyway.
Squinting her eyes, she gauges his confusion regardlessly. “It’s someone pretending to be the famous sorcerer. See here, this is his most recent tweet.” At Arthur’s odd look, she clarifies, “It’s like a message that everyone can see.”
@asorcerersays: Guys why did he have to be so hot and like,,,funny? Like it’s been forever and I still miss him. He was pretty dumb though.
Arthur knows his face must look disgusted. “For everyone to see?”

"Can't you watch where you're going?!" Arthur snapped.
"You ran into me!" the other man exclaimed, incredulous, and Arthur stilled because he knew that voice. And that accent.
He looked up and found himself face to face with a flushed, indignant Merlin Emrys, tour shirt drenched with coffee. Bloody hell.
"That shirt is Dior," was all that came out of Arthur's mouth, without his permission, and the singer's face hardened.
"Well, bugger for you," Merlin snapped. "Might have to wear off the rack, for a change, like the rest of us. Maybe the money you saved with that could go to your precious charity."
Arthur blinked, the blow of the other man's words not even hitting him before he heard Gwen Smith shriek from down the corridor.
"Merlin! You can't say that to the Prince of Wales, oh my God!"
Merlin is the lead singer of the popular British band called Sorcerers & Knights. Arthur is the Prince of Wales. Their paths cross and destiny unfolds.

Sunlight hits just right on the golden bangs falling into blue eyes. His lips have that smug quirk Merlin so hates. In a low voice, he asks, “Does that mean you’ll date exclusively me?”
That snaps Merlin right out of it. “What?”
Arthur nods to his shirt, making him look down.
And printed there, in big, black letters is, ‘lol ur not arthur pendragon’.
“Oh my god.” Merlin stares at the text in horror. This is a nightmare, a disaster, a fucking catastrophe. Absolute worst thing to happen to him in his entire life. Pendragon must think Merlin is some obsessed megafan, interested in him.
Side note: Gwaine Orkney is a dead, dead man.
