Summary
His sharp, claw-like hands scraped desperately against the inside of the straitjacket that bound him.
Your shoes clicked down the familiar sterile hallway that led you into the inner-most section of the psychiatric hospital.
None of your coworkers understood how you had seemed to have wrapped the infamously dangerous Pierrot around your finger, when he terrified everyone else.
When you were there, Pierrot became someone else: obedient, submissive, almost docile. He no longer tried to tear his own flesh against his restraints just to drive the people who hurt him away. What you didn’t know was that Pierrot was utterly in love. To him, you were everything good the world could offer: kind, gentle, soothing…the only soft thing in his rigid existence.
_____________________________________________________Basically, poor patient Pierrot is desperately in love with his doctor, you. And once his restraints are off there's nothing stopping him from showing you just how much he loves you.

Her sweet nature and the wings on her back are uncomfortable reminders of their traumatic past and brings memories to light that all of the circus members would much rather forget. They will not lose another angel to the dark teeth of this world, and they are determined to keep her safe; No matter the cost.
