This is my 2024 Sam and Jack Ship Day contribution!! This was a lot of fun to write, and unlike anything I have ever done before. I truly hope you enjoy this one!

This goes out to all of my Stargate extended Family. I have had a hard time writing this year. Not sure why. But why not make Ship Day 2023 a return for me?
And a huge thank you to my Space Mom for always being in my corner no matter what I am going through. Thank you to Jennifer for being my Disney buddy even when plans have to get cancelled. And my forever thanks to the Sci Fi franchise that captured my heart and imagination for over a decade.

As I was preparing to post this, I found out Nichelle Nichols has passed away at the age of 89. Honestly, without her, I'm not sure we'd have the leading ladies that we do in Sci Fi, let alone regular television. She is am amazing woman and the world was better because she was in it. RIP, Uhura.
