Summary
The 118 get a call to some nearby woodlands where the police are waiting for their assistance. Athena tells them that they need to help with a little boy that had gotten his leg stuck in a beartrap. All seems simple but then she tells them that the boy is a feral child, animalistic and frightened, and was throwing rocks at people who tried to get closer. Buck and Eddie are tasked to get him to safety.
The boy is scared of everything around him, people, sounds, objects, the wind, the smells. Terror is all the boy knew until he found something he wasn’t scared of.
And its name was Evan Buckley. :3Warnings - Heavy descriptions of medical trauma, child abuse, neglect and injury.
Queue found family, Christopher being an amazing big brother and the 118 being the best family in the entire world. :3

Summary
Buck chose a bar outside the confines of where his 118 family would frequent. Not like they’ve been acting like much a family, at least not to him. He still couldn’t believe after everything he’d gone through, how hard he’d worked to get back, that his livelihood is being halted by the person he trusts most.
Or If only Buck had met Bailey Nune, Wesley Evers & the Mid Wilshire crew instead of Chase Mackey!
