None of these are canonical to the Make the World series (or their side stories) so you don't have to read that series to know what is going on.

Summary
When the Dursleys get it in their head to take a summer holiday to the Mt. Ebot national park, Harry doesn't have a choice but to tag along. When the Dursleys "disguise" Harry in the "ugliest" clothes they can find, Harry wonders what the big idea is. When the Dursleys begin treating Harry with even more cruelty than normal, Harry takes it on the chin. When the Dursleys blame magic for all of Harry's problems -- including the death of his parents -- Harry flies off in a fit of rage and disappears into the forest, despite the fact that the mountain has a dark reputation for swallowing children.
In which Harry decides to leave his name, and the troubles attached to it, on the surface and try to live a new, normal life as Frisk. But terrible things happen to wizards who mess with time....

The Veil does not connect to the world of the dead. It is a portal, a portal to another planet, made in the ancient days before transportalizers were invented. Long forgotten, the Veil to Alternia stands in the Department of Mysteries while the other half lies deep underground in a chamber below the hive of one Eridan Ampora. When Sirius falls in, Eridan follows him out.
Slight AU where the trolls didn’t play Sburb and Aradia isn’t dead, and where the Battle of the Department of Mysteries happened in the summer of Harry’s fourth year. Mildly OOC Eridan (it’s for a good reason I swear)
