Summary
After four years of space travel, Grace and Rocky are finally approaching Erid. Grace has been working hard to learn Eridian, but two days out, disaster strikes - his keyboard is broken and Rocky is hurt.
Luckily, Grace can speak some very basic Eridian with his single set of vocal cords. Unfortunately, he sounds like a newly hatched baby Eridian when he does.

Summary
It's not jealousy. Adrian is adamant about that. They are actually insisting that it’s not any emotion at all. Not even dislike. They are simply completely uninterested in anything that concerns “the human”.
Rocky believes them. Adrian has always been the level-headed one out of the two of them. They are too logical to be jealous. They acknowledge that Grace and Rocky have a special bond after everything they went through together and also understand that none of that will ever pose a threat to their relationship.
Neither are they heartless or ungrateful. They know that Grace is the only reason that Rocky is back at all, the only reason their star has stopped dying. Adrian has told Rocky again and again that they are grateful and happy and wish the alien no ill will. They even helped with the construction of the biodome.
And yet they have no desire to get to know Grace.

Summary
Mobei Jun had been thinking of adopting a cat. Two weeks later, when one of his neighbors posted an ad in the lobby saying they’d found a cat sleeping in the parking lot, he was quick to make his move.
Shang Qinghua had been a shapeshifter all his life. When a near death experience causes him to be stuck in his cat form with no way to change back and lose access to his apartment, he tries to make a living on the street temporarily. He didn’t ask to be adopted but, well, Mobei Jun is a surprisingly nice cat dad (plus his looks don’t hurt).
Or: the story of how Shang Qinghua gets stuck in his cat form and is unwittingly adopted by Mobei Jun, who quickly becomes attached to his little feline companion.

When he’d initially designed Mobei Jun, he’d only included the dark gradients at his hands and feet to appease his fans. He’d been on the internet long enough to know that it would be a hit, especially when they got to Wife #4… what number was she again? Shang Qinghua isn’t even sure he could remember her name, let alone her number.
Shen Qingqiu would know, but he isn’t exactly accepting questions at this time, and Shang Qinghua knows better than to ask.
Regardless, he hadn’t put much thought into his King’s design before now. He didn’t think about what it could mean, mostly due to those previously mentioned bills and deadlines.
It was, ironically enough, Peerless Cucumber who had pointed it out.
“DUMBFUCK AUTHOR DIDN’T EVEN THINK ABOUT HIS WORLD BUILDING OR CHARACTERS!” He had posted the official art of Mobei Jun and a picture of a Siamese Cat beside it. He then proceeded to say some nonsense about how the dark markings developed on cats as a response to cold—something which should not affect one such as Mobei Jun.
Shang Qinghua had liked the post and said nothing, purely to rile up his #1 hater. He hadn’t thought about the implications.
