Of course, Hanbin was never the type of person to dwell on such thoughts too much, numbing them before they got too loud. He was finally in the spotlight after fighting for it against hundreds of others for those dreadful 3 months, alongside the years of training he had endured beforehand. He knew a negative mindset, as such, would do him no good in the long run.
"It'll get easier soon." He'd sigh, in an attempt to reassure himself. Would recite it like a mantra.
And yet, those ideas would continue to linger below, slowly festering.
Or, somewhere between winning boys planet, the long hours of debut preparations and the slow becoming of a new group, Hanbin loses himself — until Hao finds him again. And with a group that becomes family, he learns its okay to be afraid, and that he'll be okay, too.
