His letter from decades ago was kept safely on a scroll, hidden and away from anyone that can harm it, the only and last letter she ever got from him; his love note, his final act of love was a cry for help, demanding her to go back to the leaf village to help him reign Orochimaru
A letter that she ignored
Ever since then there's no letter, but there's a lot of regrets
A whole lot of it that she can't even list where it started and where it began
But she still tried listing, hoping one day she would have the courage to send it to him
Jiraiya, she would start writing, but as soon as the once pure white paper are smudge with dark ink she would stop, because she doesn't know if she deserves to utter his name once more, to even write it on paper, still she will try, and the paper and ink will whisper to her the word she's begging to forget for so long- his name; home.
