Summary
What if Tony decided in Siberia that he couldn't just go home? He was used to being the scapegoat, but this time the cost would be more than he could pay.
Ross would have the ammunition he needed to get Iron Man under his control, and what he'd do with the tech didn't bear thinking about.
Tony decided to use Protocol Pass The Torch. He'd be fine. A penniless fugitive's life would make a nice change of pace. Everything would be peachy keen.
(Tony miscalculated the pull the world had on him. He also miscalculated how many people would join him. Ultimately, Thanos underestimated him.)

"I do not even know where the idea that the scepter could enhance human abilities originated. Loki used it to create obedient servants by usurping their wills, so logically that was what Hydra should have been attempting."

'Dumping?' that's more like burning letters to Santa in the fireplace and expecting magic to happen.Web pages have to be found by search engines that follow links, crawling from one to another, organizing.
SHIELD's data had been documents stored internally on stand alone computer systems. They weren't HTML web pages. There were no links to existing internet sites or Tony wouldn't have had to physically link Jarvis to the helicarrier. The helicarrier only had information relating to its own functions, including the research and storage of the Phase Two weapons. If they'd had Hydra mission reports... he'd have learned about his parents then.
Romanoff hadn't just removed firewalls from SHIELD's files, that would have done nothing.
Somehow, she'd converted everything to webpages, and uploaded everything to various clouds, and then put links on common words in every file to existing popular sites. Search Wikipedia for hawks, and find Hawkeye's mission reports. Go looking for a toy helicopter on Amazon, find the helicarrier's blueprints. He didn't know the exact sequence of events of course. Probably the raw data was uploaded along with the converter and linking programs, and the power of the cloud itself was used to do the rest.
He wondered if Fury realized exactly what Romanoff planned to do, or if he'd been blindsided, and then couldn't admit he'd screwed up.

"We don't trade lives," Rogers said, sternly."What the hell do you think war is, man? People died here, trading their lives for others."

Grave Promises by Blueseabird2

Summary
Danny Fenton had nowhere to go and no one he could turn to without putting them in danger. Except, perhaps, the hero who'd cared for, respected, and trained Danny for all too short a time.
Dick Grayson had never told anyone he'd once been trapped in the Ghost Zone. He'd also never forgotten the promise he'd made sure to get from Danny Phantom.
Jason didn’t know what was going on but he was really very pissed that there was another kid with a y-shaped scar on their chest and eyes that feel like frozen reflections of home. Thankfully, there were suddenly several new targets for his rage and Dick seemed rather more inclined to join Jason than stop him.

Bookmarker's Notes
Jason sometimes forgot that Dickie had been Steph’s Batman, for a time. No one ever forgot he’d been Damian’s Batman, but he and Steph weren’t as obvious. Until something threatened one of them and Steph sounded like she was going to jam a Batarang down Jason’s throat.

“JL Dark’s been looking into the disappearing special entities, it’s not just ghosts, by the way, and several other phenomenon that this explains rather neatly."
-----
“Would help have been so terrible?” Wonder Woman asked.“You need to understand,” said Jazz, “that we were children, teenagers being hunted and suspected by our own parents. Parents who were the greatest authority on the subject of ghosts, authority that said ghosts didn’t feel. Weren’t sentient. Despite the fact that Danny was making friends as well as enemies, that his emotions were heightened, that all the ghosts we met seemed to act on emotion more than anything else.”
Jazz shook her head, the familiar motion of trying and failing to understand the complete lack of logic behind their parent’s actions and belief."Danny was surviving and adapting with a handful of young allies, fighting a war on multiple fronts against mostly adult ghosts and the authorities meant to help people.”
“The Justice League worked with the government, the government that we only knew from the GIW and their attempts to capture and kill any ghost they came across, including my brother. And it’s not like we knew Justice League Dark existed. We knew nothing. Nothing other than that authority repeatedly fucked us over.”
“There was also an incident or two that made it seem like I was a villain,” Danny added, “Didn’t think that would help my case. And one of my main enemies was the mayor for a while."
“Mind control is also very fucked up and leaves a lot of damaging confidence issues,”
-----
“Ghosts feel pain. We do. All we are is emotion, when it comes down to it. We feed off emotion, fear, yes, some of us, but any emotion. Joy, happiness, sadness, freedom, excitement, challenge. Different ghosts have different preferences but any emotion works if you’re desperate enough.”
----
“So,” Nightwing grinned. “King of the Infinite Realms, what do you say to an Alliance and Treaty with Earth as an independent Nation following the model of Themyscira, Atlantis, and other planetary nations? A treaty will supersede all probationary or proposed Acts and force a Play Nicely Rule with the government until everything can be ironed out.”Jazz nodded, her nails tapping slowly against the table. “It could work. I’ve read of similar treaties in the Zone existing with various entities at different points. There’s precedent. We’d be able to establish a lexicon and standard base of knowledge regarding Ectoplasmic-entities as well.”
Danny would also be able to add his own rules to the complicated mess of the Ghost Zone. Like visiting was allowed but please stop tearing up towns or expect a fist to your spectral throat.
-----
Danny watched for a moment longer, trying to read the patterns of the fight. Danny was probably always going to throw himself in the middle of a fight but that didn’t mean he couldn’t throw himself in at the exact right moment.
-----
“Fright Knight likes poetry along with smashing enemies to bits.”Red Robin gave Hood a Look. “Happy to meet your new best friend."

Summary
There's a sharp inhale when Jason sees the extent of the damage. Dick closes his eyes. He knows it's bad. It hurts so fucking much, more than any bruises, more than any fall he's had that hasn't landed him in the hospital.
For some reason, Jason acknowledging that pain makes it worse. Like Dick has shoved the pain down and away and Jason is dragging it back out, just by acting like it matters. Like Dick matters.
Tonight, Dick doesn't think he does.
