Summary
Shane ended up falling in love with Downton Abbey, discovering the show a year after it's run ended. Problem was he was a hockey player and he couldn't reveal his identity. He also wanted to discuss the show with someone, but the fandom was full of people who'd seen the whole show.
On an impulse, he made a burner account and sent out his first tweet, wondering if this was a dumb idea. But he was surprised and delighted to find someone had responded.

@LadyJane24 I also just found the show. Only finished till episode 2. DM?And just like that, Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, famous hockey rivals, ended up chatting with each other about Downton Abbey. And maybe even more.
