Mane had just finished his house, a beautiful ray of cobblestone, tuff and deep slate, planks of spruce logs and wood planks, three stories tall alongside in a plains land, mountains of grass lands, looking over he saw Boosfer and yokai. Zam and gemz off doing their own thing, he spent quite awhile on the build and was quite fond of it, the lion tail thrashed around, almost in a rhythmic beat, he felt tired. After all mane did spend the entire day building while his brother went to go gather the materials plus diamonds and all that, to which, he was grateful for, but soon enough the sun was setting over the horizon and he had just finished putting everything inside, including manes and flames bed inside their bedroom and just in time, he felt a presence, looking to his side, he saw flame standing there, making a whistle as his eyes behind the blindfold examined the front, grinning and grabbing manes paw, pulling him along as the two entered the house that finally belonged to just the two of them, flame looked all over the place, grinning like a child and it made something blossom in manes chest, warming everything up as the fur on his neck and arms stood up, alongside his tail as he smiled off to the side, like he didn't want flame to know that him liking the build secretly made everything warm, but both brothers must've been exhausted and wanted to sleep in, they lived in the plains mountain but that didn't stop the coldness flowing through their bodies, mane was a lion hybrid, big fur, fuzzy, and really good body heat, flame on the other hand wasn't a hybrid, so he got cold faster than mane had expected, the lion stood there before hauling flame up into his arms, going upstairs to their bedroom, looking to the side it was a small study area, a book and quill already sat on the edge and mane continued on, walking the hallway and turning, getting into their shared room, it is was like when they were kids again, sleeping in the same bed and for some reason flame just really liked the body heat provided from mane plus, it wasn't weird, why would it be? It would just be him helping out his younger brother during the night when it's cold, mane sat flame on the bed before removing his armor, flame was trying to say he'd do it himself but his fingers were cold to the touch and it barely felt like flame could move them, fingers wrapped around a pickaxe has made his hands rough and it hurts to move his fingers, so mane had to help him, taking off both their matching armor of red and yellow trims, flow and warden, a beautiful combination if I do say so myself, nonetheless he put the armor on the armor stands next to their bed, mane took off his body armor too, since he knows was a lion, his body was covered with fur even the sides of his cheeks had fur and small whiskers, his chest full of lion fur, soft to the touch, flame had already looked like he was half dead, but smiling, he was waiting for mane, since bro was giving off so much heat, flame wasn't embarrassed sleeping next to his brother, it was like having a small cat in your room, cuddling next to your pelvis, flame laid back onto his bed, sighing as his head hit the pillow, mane followed after, turning the lanterns off in their room so it was dark, mane was in the middle of the bed with flame hugging his front, flame buried his face into his brother's chest, the fur was warm, manes tail flicked the blanket over the two brothers as manes own hands wrapped around his back, purring loudly but it was soft and flame had gotten used to it, so he went out rather quickly and mane did the exact same, he felt the blissing feeling of sleep take over him as his body went limp, his eyes shutting completely
Suddenly he woke up, mane didn't know what time it was, there were no clocks but seeing how it's still night out, he would have to guess around 2-3 AM at most but who would be up? He doesn't know but his half drowsy brain isn't helping, mane turned his head over as best as he could without waking flame up, then that's when he saw a yellow blob walking into their room,Princezam, but zam took his armor off and left it on the ground, mane was still confused and was debating if he was dreaming or hallucinating OR it's actually zam in his house. And he wouldn't mind if it was that third option, mane liked zam, enough to the point, the others already know that zam somehow always takes manes side
"Mh-.. zam..? Wh-. What are you—?"
His voice was deep and raspy, mane did just wake up and his voice was low but zam didn't answer, he was just taking off his shoes, cape and anything else that would be uncomfortable to sleep in but obviously leaving his clothes on, then he walked over and nudged mane softly since he was already dozing off once more
" Yo, Move over "
"Bro..what are you doing in my hous-"
" It's our house, so move over "
Mane zipped it quite quickly, his ears laid back before a soft thud would be heard, his was manes tail wagging and hitting the bed, but unfortunately he still listened to zam, slowly turning his body, so he was still in the middle but, he was facing the ceiling now, flame was hugging the side of his chest and underneath manes arm, zam soon followed suit, getting under the covers and also hugging manes side, the lions hand went down and around, getting ahold of zam who seemed happy and content just being here in his house.. but finally, mane went back asleep and morning was hell to be reckoned with
Waking up was weird, he felt two weights on both of his sides and looking down he remembered why, flame hugging his left and zam his right, mane sighed at it and pulled them closed so his arm wrapped around them as best as possible, his purring was still there subtle but it was obvious that it was there, loud and brought comfort to those who are in his bed now, mane would've questioned but it was like in the middle of 2 and 3 AM and he didn't feel like questioning anything at that time.. even if he does now considering flames gonna wake up and a new person is just in in their bed. But hopefully zam wakes up before flame, mane doubts it but he can hope, nonetheless, mane closed his once for the third time and fell asleep once more, he loved moments like these, it wasn't odd for zam and mane to cuddle, they joke about it all the time and sometimes it happens. Just like today. But it was nice. Very nice to have two people he enjoyed being around in here with him. Even if one of them wasn't supposed to be here.. it's just fine guys, maybe flame won't panic when he wakes up.
