This work of literature, just as the title had said about. Will be dedicated to narrating role of Umamusume in times ancient as a cavalry force, from which if we dive a little into, was something that has so decisively decided many outcomes of wars and battles: the Charge of Vienna, the Mongol Invasion, etc. And the technologies of warfare that surrounded them: Cataphracts, War Chariots, Mounted Archers/Gunners, Shock Cavalry, Skirmishers, etc. And the possibility of adapting foot infantry tactics now that they aren't tied to being just a mere mount. Take Greeks with their Phalanxes, the Roman legion with their Maniples, Square formations, and many more.
This fic will narrate the individual stories of Umamusumes from different eras that may partake in the dynamic world of human warfare, while also mentioning famous cavalry companies and whatnot.
