Summary
Virginia doesn't really have friends outside of the South. He did, at some point, but they don't really talk anymore. That is, until New York invites him to a meeting for the 13 colonies, which turns more into a group hang out session, where Virginia can expand his friendship horizons again. Of course, that would be much easier if the man he broke up with, rather unwillingly, 200 years ago wasn't also hanging around.
