Tails p.o.v
This wasn't supposed to happen. I was surprised and shocked. I was upset about the frantic knocking on the main door. Then, upon opening the door, there stood Shadow carrying Sonic in his arms.
"Sonic?" I tried to reach out to grab him. But then Shadow pulled back and started to growled. I was not expecting that reaction from him. "What happened?" Shadow look at me shock. Seemed he caught on what he was doing. He took a deep breathe to calm himself. "I'm not sure what happened or what causes it. But Sonic suddenly started panting then he fainted on me." I recognized the symptoms but that couldn't be right. It just couldn't.
I look at Shadow, 'was it him?' I thought. "Why were you two together anyway? Sonic didn't mention he was meeting up with someone?" " We met by chance. He was at our local park while I was heading home. Chatted for a bit then suddenly he went like this. I quickly tried to bring him here as fast as possible." I sign in relief. 'At least he brought him here before it got worse. Need to contact silver as soon as possible.'
"If you don't mind, can you carry Sonic to his bedroom?" I started to fidget my fingers together. "I usually ask Silver to do it but he went out to the store not to long ago. Didn't have much option but to ask." Shadow adjusted his hold on Sonic. "Which room is his?" Shadow made his way to the stairs. "It's the blue door on the right side." I pulled out my phone so I could quickly informed Silver.
Once Shadow was out of sight, I quickly dialed Silver. Didn't take long for him to answered.
("Hey, Tails!" What's up?")
"Are you on your way back?"
("Yep! On my way back! Why?" )
"I'll tell you when you get here. How fast can you get here?"
("Be home in a few minutes")
Silver hang up soon after. I started to paces around the living room. I didn't noticed Shadow was already at the bottom of the stairs case. "HEY!!" Shadow had shouted out to me breaking my pace. "He's resting on his bed now." I noticed on Shadow faced he had a slight blush. "By the way what's your name anyway?" Shadow was heading towards the front door while asking me. "My name is Miles Prowler but everyone calls me Tails." Shadow had stopped at the front door.
"I'll probably see you at school tomorrow to see how he is since he'll probably won't show." Shadow had opened up the front door along with Silver face planting towards the floor. "Silver!" Silver must had noticed I was talking about Sonic. Silver lifted his head off the floor the shouting.
"TAILS!! IS SONIC OKAY!?"
I shushed him. " He's resting in his room but you may wake him up with your shouting!" I looked towards Shadow while he had a shock confused look on his face. "Sorry bout that Shadow. I'll let you know how Sonic doing tomorrow." Shadow nodded walking out closing the door in the process. I look towards Silver. "Sonic heat has started!"
Silver quickly placed a hand over my mouth. "Shhh, that guy could hear us." Grabbing his hand away from my mouth. "I know, that's why I said it."
Silver quawk at my response. "Why? We don't know who this guy is and if he could be trusted!?" I understand what Silver was talking about. "I have a theory but I'm not 100 percent certain yet."
"What could that be?" Silver questioned. "My theory is about Sonic mate and who it could be" Looking towards the door. "And you think that guy could be it?" Silver pointed. "I think so but not 100 percent certain." Then we heard rustling going on upstairs. "Tails!?" Silver look up towards the ceiling towards Sonic bedroom is located. "Yeah?" I responded.
"Is this Sonic first heat?" I understood his concern. "I believe so. I never witnessed his heat before since he was marked." Then it hit us, a strong pheromone came in contact with us. Instantly I grab Silver hand rushing towards the front door. Making our way outside fresh breeze of air hit our faces. Once outside I slammed the door right away. "What's is going on with Sonic, Tails!?" Silver was shivering, hugging himself. Luckily I was able to grab the small box I keep by the front door.
Opening it I grabbed 2 suppression supplements pills handing 1 to Silver. "His heat is strong. Too strong."
"What are we going to do? Clearly we can't go back inside, his pheromone is powerful enough to make us react to it." Silver levitated off the ground. "Imma check on Sonic?" Silver flew closer towards Sonic bedroom widow. He was up there for a few good minutes before coming back down. Looking upon Silver faces he was red. "He's making a nest! Why is he making a nest?"
I started to laugh at his reaction. "Silver he's marked. So a nest is normal for marked omega." Despite saying this it did make me blush a little. Mostly everyone know a marked omega makes nest for their Alpha. It's also a sign to their mate they were ready for the next step. "I know that but still." Silver now was sitting on the ground. "Clearly we can't stay here . Less we risk having our own activate on us."
"I know where we could probably stay at. Only thing I hope is that they still live there?" Giving Silver a hand to help him onto his feet. "Who are you speaking of?" Silver asked. "A old childhood friend I had here before I moved." I answered. "So we taking your vehicle or we walking there!?" I look at Silver with disbelief.
"Really? You forgotten we both can fly." Twirling my twin tails around to create my signature helicopter tails. "Come on, I know where to head to. Just hopefully they still live there." Silver was about to activate his own powers before stopping himself.
"Wait! What about Sonic? We can't just leave home here" Silver was worried. "We can check on him tomorrow morning but we can't be anywhere near him right now. If you are worried, I have the home security active in case something happens while we are away. Sound good?" It took awhile for Silver to agree.
Then we both took off, leaving the house behind us.

It was a good 30 minutes for me and Silver to reach our destination. "You sure they won't kick us away." Silver questioned. "No way! We been friends forever. Thought I have seen them in 5 years." I went up to the door gently, knocking on it. It didn't take long for someone to answer.
Upon the person who opened it. Was my old childhood friend Cream. "Tails?" Cream eye widen in surprised. "Is that really you?"
"Hi, Cream!" Waving my hand at her. "It's been a while." Suddenly Cream is streaming towards inside the house. "Mom! Mom, come here quick! You won't believe who's here!"
Suddenly, a kind, gentle looking loopy ear bunny woman appeared at the front door. "Oh my! Is that who I think that is?" Making a shock look upon her face. I gave her a smile. "Hello, Ms. Vanilla! It's been a while. Is it alright to come inside?"
"Not at all. Please come inside." Steping to the side to let us through. We headed towards the living room, taking a seat on the sofa she had there.
"So why the sudden surprised visit!?" Vanilla asked. "Well, I had already planned to visit you, but something urgent came up at our home. And we couldn't stay there for the time being!" I could feel Ms. Vanilla giving me a stern expression. "So I was hoping me and my friend Silver can stay for the night? Or till the issue is resolved."
"Well I don't mind at all. I'm sure Cream will be thrilled to spend time with you again." Vanilla gave us a big smile. Cream came into the living room. "Mom, the guest room is ready!" "Thank you sweetie! You two can share the guest room tonight if you don't mind." Silver finally decided to speak. "We don't mind. Thank you for letting us stay here ma'am!" Vanilla lead us to the bedroom. "Please let me know if you need anything." She then left to go to her own bedroom.
"You think Sonic will be okay tonight?" Silver asked. "Like I told you Silver our security will alert me if anything happens. Can we go to bed already? We can check on him in the morning." Silver and I went to bed before we know it it was morning already. I grab my phone to check on the time. What I wasn't expecting was multiple alerts I had received.
Quickly checking the home security, The first one went off around 3:50am and the last one at 6:50am. I opened the first video. What I saw was shocking or to be more precise who I saw. Shadow had appeared on our front lawn then teleported inside the house considering the motion sensors I had installed on the main floor. Opening the last one was Shadow teleporting outside looking rough up. "He didn't!? Know way he did it? Could he?" I quickly head towards Silver still sleeping soundly. Doing a light quick shake to proceed waking him up. "Silver, I'mma head back home to check on Sonic. I'll meet you at school." Heading towards the bedroom door.
"I hope you're okay Sonic?"
