Finally, the sun sat down

Summary:

Xeno adored and admired Senku so much that he wanted to protect him forever.

Work Text:

In the middle of spring, feeling cozy was growing. It was a lovely day to invite his student to his house. It has been a long time since their previous gathering.

Xeno was undoubtedly enthusiastic. Now, his guest had arrived. They were greeting each other and having a little conversation in a living room instead of a dining room. Although it was improper to have dinner there, it was comfortable. Their conversation flowed naturally and still had him excited.

Afterward, Senku fell asleep on the couch peacefully. He didn't breathe as the man calculated. It would be gratifying if they could spend time together each and every evening.

Unfortunately, this was his last supper.

He revealed a smile tenderly. A living room was silent. No sound was heard but footsteps behind him.

They came from his friend, Stanley. His dearest friend thereupon stood beside him and awaited with tolerance. "This world is unsympathetic and he is too obliging." He continued. "He will be being guarded against the atrocious society. His adolescence, his innocence, and his bright mind will never be tarnished." said Xeno. Stanley didn't reply but chuckled before heading to a young corpse and lifting him. All they needed was depositing a precious boy in a place where they had prepared.

Finally, the sun sat down.

Then, the moon shines perennially.

Notes:

So basically, Xeno poisoned Senku and Stanley carried his body to somewhere because I don't think Xeno could handle the weight. I wrote this fic two years ago but wasn't brave enough to post it. The idea came from Xeno's anti-social action. He would hate it if Senku being so soft with this world and Senku's mind was collapsed by someone else. That's what I thought. Of course, Stanley helped his friend achieve the goal. For Stanley, he didn't love Senku but more like when human seeing a tiny animal?? something like that. He also saw some part of Xeno in Senku.
