“Are you okay, dear?” The lady asked while Katsuki just cursed and went to turn away. He didn’t fully turn before he locked eyes with someone. Red eyes meeting green for what only lasted a moment but felt like a lifetime. A lifetime of green chasing red. Emotions bubbled up in his throat until they almost threatened to spill out onto the dated tiles. Katsuki quickly spun around and ignored the voice behind him.
“Kacch-?”
Katsuki was already out the door.

Wrong.
It had all gone wrong.
They had planned the mission for weeks. Numerous charts, city maps, and forgotten coffee cups were strewn across the meeting room of Bakugou’s agency. The coffee in the pot was probably still there from this morning. Growing cold now.
Everything planned to the letter. Any possible variable put in order and accounted for. Izuku had done the quirk analysis himself. Every one of the villains involved in the ring of kidnappings over the past few months were listed in his colour coded folders.
But you can’t prepare for everything.

Keith’s nose got even more pink. “How do I know if you are even taking me to a garden? What if this was all some big plan to-”
Lance had walked forward and lifted Keith’s chin to meet his eyes. “Yes.” He said in a low tone. “I am definitely trying to separate you from your brother so I can murder you. How ever did you know?” As abruptly as he did it Lance stopped and went back to talking about the flowers.
At this point Keith’s glare could probably kill someone.

Until the daunting figure that stood before him raised their hands and all the colors that lingered around him like a galaxy morphed into oddly shaped stars, distant and familiar, except nothing could have been familiar, and shot high above him.
His hand rose, because that scraping, violating feeling that dug out those colors, had left him feeling… had left him knowing…

Had just left him.
He didn’t know what to think, didn’t know what was right, didn't know what was wrong.
Because whoever he was didn’t know anything.OR
Izuku Midoryia and Katsuki Bakugo were happily married, happily domestic, and stupidly in love. They found a semblance of peace within each other to navigate the world together. So, when a mission got screwed, in that spectacular way it usually does for them, and Izuku lost his memories— well, it fell to Katsuki to hold the pieces together.
