Oscar Piastri has admired Lando Norris ever since he was a young karter. He has looked up to him as an idol, followed his journey since 2015 and so you'd think he might be the most successful fanboy ever to have landed him as his first teammate ever in F1. You'd be right... except Lando has only ever had eyes for Carlos. Oscar thought it didn't matter; that he didn't care to replace Carlos in Lando's life anyway. But it's starting to get to him how his place in the team is maybe not as comfortable as he would've liked... if Lando would switch him out for Carlos in a heartbeat.
Post Barcelona-Catalunya GP 2026 Fan-zone moment where Lando announced that he and Carlos had been talking about how they'd like to be teammates again one day in F1. With Oscar standing right next to him.
