Summary
In James’ whole life, he’s never accidentally made enemies. How can someone even manage to do that? This year, his goals are simple. Make no enemies, win his house the Quidditch Cup for the last time, pass his NEWTs, and, most important goal, win Regulus Black’s heart. And so, James created a brilliant plan to make Regulus finally notice him. A foolproof plan, in which Regulus would have no choice but to respond to him. It could be small talk, but it’s still a start. It’s a plan that, if executed perfectly, might be the first step to successfully wooing Regulus. After all, there’s nothing else that could elevate his confidence than quidditch.
Though he might’ve jinxed himself by being too confident.
