Summary
Really, Hyrule feels like he should have known better. Nothing good can last, but he could hope. They were Heroes, they fought against the grain. Striving for a better tomorrow for everyone. Evil doesn’t just like to sit back and let its carefully laid plans unravel at the hands of some pesky nobodies.
Really though, bad luck was bound to come their way. It’s just, well, would it kill the enemy to give them a heads up when they decide to ruin Hyrule’s day? A small “Hey we’re coming, are you ready to die?” That could go a long way to not completely ruin a nice day!

Summary
It started off as a series of bad luck: low supplies, too many battles, and no rest for the weary. With their supplies limited, the last of Hyrule's magic goes to healing major injuries, leaving his small wound to a more traditional healing of bandages. In the end one small scratch turned into one sick Healer. Legend doesn't understand what happened but he'll stay by his brother's side until he feels better.

I am not a huge fan of Whump so I used this list to base off my own. This is going to be a huge project and I want to complete it in full. Some letters are going to be harder then others but it should be a lot of fun!
This will also be slow to update due to my own health issues. Please have patience with me on this. 😅

Summary
Legend's eyes were half closed, as if he was too tired to stay awake, but not so tired that he could actually fall asleep. His tail drifted limply in the faint current. It looked dull and matte and washed out, unlike the usual bright and vibrant shade of pink that it normally was. Even his fins seemed weak, with the edges obviously beginning to rot as the illness progressed.
Things weren't looking good.

It has been eight years since Link helped bring Ganondorf to justice, for good this time. Besides the occasional mission the Queen sends him on, The Hero of Time has fully retired, his identity unknown to the populace.
Every now and then, someone will remember the title given to a mysterious soldier and rumours and gossip will sweep through Castle Town again. It only ever lasts a few days. The constant chatter and conspiracy theories. The recruits with more ego than sense claiming to be the man beneath the custom helmet, in some asinine grab for popularity from their peers, before reality swiftly humbles them. The people who say the truth with a confidence that makes Link’s hair stand on end, because no one but the Queen, her right-hand woman and his wife should know such details.
Link doesn’t let it worry him as it used to. No one would ever expect the humble husband to Lon Lon Ranch’s new owner to be the same man who struck down the Demon King.
So why does this group of eight mysterious swordsmen, asking a familiar question, catch his attention?

Summary
Something was off.
Something had been off for several days now, since the last portal. Since before it, really; it’d started right after the fight where he’d gotten knocked into the river. It wasn’t exactly the way he’d wanted to reveal his mer form (honestly, he’d rather they’d never found out because he knew it was going to be a Thing now) but that had gone… surprisingly well. Possibly because the portal had shown up less than an hour later and they’d had other things to worry about.
Anyway.
Something was most decidedly off, and it was pissing Legend off to no end that he couldn’t pinpoint it.

“Legend, wake up!”
The voice cuts through his mind like a light in the mist. Instinctively, he tries to hide, to sink deeper in the darkness of unconsciousness. It was cold and peaceful a moment ago, but with that voice everything hurts. He wants it to go away. He wants to sleep.
“Wake. up.” The voice insists.
While the Chain is exploring remote islands off the coast of Skyloft, Sky and Legend get captured by flying pirates. And Sky acts... weird.
