Summary
Chenle was born in Shanghai to a rich family. If he wanted something, he could get it — though he never let his family’s wealth get to his head. He has never been close with any members of his family but he doesn’t mind. It’s not like they hate each other but, they don’t exactly have that usual love between them that’s seen with other families either.
In hopes of earning something on his own without the help of his family’s influence and to feel like he’s worth something besides the amount in his bank account, he makes the sudden choice to move to Korea when he turned 18. There, he meets the most supportive friends and his life finally begins going great — minus the usual bad days— the next few years he’s here.
That’s until life decides it wanted to test his strength and throws him a curveball. Well, multiple curveballs. When Chenle falls back into his old mindset of hopelessness, feeling like he’s losing control over his own life all over again, he meets someone who gives him hope. Or more accurately, is his hope.

Summary
