Summary
Shuuichi can’t be killed so easily.
If he ever said that to Furuya, he would probably laugh at him, furious, and call him arrogant with a scathing tongue. But Shuuichi means it quite literally.
It’s difficult to kill a man who won’t even die from a bullet to the head.
But when Furuya points a pistol at his head, and Shuuichi stares back up at him, smiling ever-so-slightly, and waits-
He knows that Furuya can’t kill him, logically. But he can’t help but think, in one dazzlingly illogical moment of indulgence-
If anyone could kill him, it would be Furuya.
Furuya kills Shuuichi, but he recovers, just as always. But no one knows he’s alive this time, not anymore.
And so Shuuichi leaves. On an aimless journey, to nowhere at all.

A completed Detective Conan AU fanfiction where Akai Shuuichi is effectively immortal. So when Furuya Rei proposes a plan to take down the Black Organization that hinges on him killing Akai, Akai agrees. The only problem is that not everyone knows that Akai is immortal.
(A messy fanfiction where both Akai and Furuya are not really fine. Also, Akai does not reveal the circumstances around Hiromitsu's death.)

Seven or eight years ago society collapsed, and failed to take Niragi to hell with it. So far he’s spend his apocalypse snaring rabbits, cursing pigeons, and getting into fights with every other survivor he encounters. He doesn’t really mind. (He’s had worse.) He won’t grow old this way but hey, he wasn’t ever planning to.
Only not everyone’s planning on taking the impending end of humanity lying down. And you can’t exactly solve the apocalypse without risking some lives.

Summary
The circus has a way of evening people out. Everyone looks the same when the lights center on the stage. The whole audience, just blank shadows, staring in. Everyone looks like nothing.
Someone like this, though. Someone like him. They’ll throw off that nothing before they get back to whatever pampered bed they crawled out of. Everyone else stays nothing, but, for people like that, it’s just a temporary state.
Clint doesn’t mean to watch him. It’s just that he keeps catching Clint’s eye.
