Unlike Sa’al, the creature has no qualms about torturing souls and prefers to chase its prey. It will be following the trail I have left behind. Hide here. I will lead it off.”
Or: Charles Rowland is sacrificed in the same ritual that killed Edwin Payne, seventy-three years earlier, only a short time before Edwin would have made it out of Hell on his own. Now, instead of being responsible for only himself, Edwin's got to get the both of them out of Hell. It's not going to be easy.

Sarawat senses Tine's leg tensing next to his and he feels godfuckingawful, he could almost cry. The thing is Tine seems to have moved on from what happened in the past but sometimes, Sarawat finds his mind circling back. 'He didn't trust you.'
He has been reassuring himself that none of that mattered. They made it this far, didn't they? They are still together. He knows Tine loves him. He shows it in his own ways. The green curry he meticulously cooks for Sarawat, the way he moves closer to Wat until their hands brush when he thinks Wat wouldn't notice, the long gazes when he thinks Sarawat is not looking. He knows Tine loves him, that's all that counts.
'But he didn't trust you...' A tiny, wounded voice whimpers.

I want to see a fic where instead of Wayne taking Gordon to expensive restaurants and driving him around in fancy cars and dressing him up in designer clothes, Gordon takes Wayne around to diners with sticky tables where they serve shitty coffee, and to his postage stamp apartment with its single spring bed, and Wayne wears Gordon's cheap t-shirts and sweats and worn out boxers, and Gordon makes eggs and eats noodles out of a pan, and goes for jogs in ratty sneakers to pick up cheap cigarettes and Wayne can't get the smell out of his $5,000 suit for a week. Oh, and it turns Bruce on.

無配對，一萬五千字，Kelvin號的船員如何照顧Jim的故事——至少在他讓他們這麼做的時候。
本來是衝著摘要裡的 “It really does take a village to raise a Jim.” 點進去的（聽起來真是太適合了；而且不覺得從標題就很好笑嗎？），但其實沒有跟很多船員相處的描寫，主要是Jim與其中一位的故事。我很喜歡作者時間線交錯的安排，篇幅拿捏得當，逐漸揭露事實非常好笑，雖然到盡頭稍微有一點哀傷，但結尾算是懷抱希望，幾乎是美麗的，是又幽默又治癒的一篇故事。
再來是我本來就喜歡聰明的Jim，有一點nerdy(?)、精通各種外星語言超級加分，很聰明然後裝笨、還有無力招架的崩潰，兩者都很娛樂；而且這篇裡Jim, Bones, Spock三個人的相處（與互嗆）也頗恰到好處，Uhura也是（respectfully!），尤其Bones在得知真相時的反應實在太好笑了。
