No matter how long he slept, he would still feel drowsy as long as the sun was out —the naps did help albeit for a short while. Toya had turned his attention back to the cauldron, flipping a few more pages and muttering an incantation under his breath. Meanwhile, Akito’s eyes trailed to his slim waist, something that would normally be hidden by his coat during his outings, before trailing his eyes up to the smooth, bare nape that was unfortunately lacking any prominent marks. Akito sat up further and narrowed his gaze, ignoring the ache in the gums for he was obviously going to do something about it. Drowsiness be damned, he knew how to keep himself awake.

Joo Won catches Min Jung’s elbow to the face and pain erupts in his nose. He is able to straighten the falling trio back up despite the pain but not before Min Jung yells out something intelligible and punches him in the lip.
“Han Joo Won!” He feels Hyuk wrap an arm around him as more pain starts in his mouth, and he feels the coppery taste of blood. It makes his anxiety flare up and he has to take a deep breath to remind himself that it’s just blood and that it would be okay. He manages to take his handkerchief out from his pocket and presses it on his lip, wincing at the pain.
