Summary
But they’re always so...careful. One chaste, polite kiss after the other. Fully clothed, barely touching the other.
Sieun wants more. He wants to climb onto Suho’s lap, slide a hand up his shirt. Grind down against him until he hears Suho moan.
He wonders if Suho wants that too. A flicker of doubt cuts through. It's the same thought that's been following him around for weeks:
What if he doesn't?
In which Sieun realizes Suho wants him just as much as he does.

Summary
Suho places a hand on his shoulder. Instinctively, Sieun’s hand snaps up, the shard still gripped tight, and grabs Suho’s wrist—sharp, painful. A flicker of pain crosses Suho’s face as the glass presses into his skin, but he meets Sieun’s gaze, unafraid.
"Don't cross the line," he says.
For a second, Sieun almost can’t see Suho at all, his vision darkening. His grip tightens, the glass biting into both their skin. Then, Suho winces and the warmth of his blood registers against Sieun’s palm. The contact jolts him, cutting through the haze.
His grip loosens, and he steps back. The sharp, piercing shadow in his chest ebbs into a prickle of shame, a heavy ache. His breathing is fast, his heartbeat loud. The room comes back into focus, and he sees the others staring at him, eyes wide with shock.
In which lonely office worker Sieun meets part-timer extraordinaire Suho, and they both learn to cross the line for each other.

Summary
But—although Sieun would never admit it—sometimes, when they hung out with their friends on humid summer evenings, sharing laughter and drinks, and Suho draped an arm over his shoulder and leaned against him—he longed to be, somehow, closer. To extend a hand through that last, remaining space that breathed between them, and—
But he'd always catch himself. He'd pull back, catch the feeling in his fist, and pack it up in a dusty box in some tucked away corner of his mind.
Until, one day, he couldn't.
In which Sieun struggles with a desire to be closer to Suho.
