Summary
Kageyama Tobio leads a simple life: he goes to work and writes music for money, he goes home and writes music for himself. His only company being his beloved cat, Carrot, who is sweet and perfect and perhaps just a little bit spoiled. So when Kageyama takes Carrot to the vets for her annual check-up, only to be told by the vet that she is drastically overweight and needs to go on a diet, he is horrified. And rather insulted.
Reluctantly agreeing to put his cat on a diet, Kageyama is at first determined to simply put up with Hinata, his new vet, until Ukai recovers from his bad back and can return. But, unfortunately, things don't go quite to plan as Carrot becomes immediately smitten with Hinata, her owner following suit soon after.
(A romantic comedy AU; Kageyama, a music producer with a very fat cat, falls for Hinata the veterinarian.)

Summary
“I think maybe… we should end this.”
”This…”
”Us… our relationship,” Kiyoomi clarified. “I just… it’s not fair on you… on either of us. You’re starter now and I have three more years of university left. Neither of us is putting our full effort into each other and I… I don’t think it’s fair.”
”I know,” Atsumu’s lips turned down. Of course he knew, he just never wanted to say it. He was willing to keep fighting, even if it meant burning parts of himself to keep Kiyoomi warm. But then again, he did always love too much, too hard.
IN WHICH atsumu and kiyoomi break up, stay friends and somehow find their way back to each other

Summary
“Hi-Hinata…”
The spark of awareness ignites and Shouyou blinks his eyes open again fully, humming in response to his name. Kageyama doesn’t reply, as he’s still completely asleep, shuffling slightly as his breaths start to catch in the beginnings of snores.
“Kageyama?” Shouyou stage whispers.
“Hinata,” Kageyama grunts back, before smacking his lips and devolving fully into snoring.
-
In which Shouyou falls in love slowly during his high school years, and Kageyama talks in his sleep.

Summary
“What’s wrong with you?” Kageyama says.
Shouyou lowers his hands and tries squinting open his eyes slowly so that he can appear sleepy instead of straining against the sunlight now fully streaming in through the windows. But then it feels like someone has rammed a screwdriver against his temple and he scrunches them closed again. He can feel the slight dip in the mattress where Kageyama is shifting and, oh, he’s being really suspicious-
“Headache,” he finally manages to grunt. It’s sort of tempting to just burrow into his boyfriend’s sleep-warm body and whine for some comfort, but then that would be admitting that there’s a problem in the first place.
And Shouyou really doesn’t want Kageyama to know about the migraines.
-
In which Hinata gets migraines, Kageyama is suspicious, and honesty is always the best policy.

Summary
"Mmhmm,” Kageyama hums. “Y’look good.”
“I don’t, but thank you,” Shouyou says with smile, because he doesn’t – his skin is shower-pink and his hair is doing all sorts of weird and wonderful things, wild until he gets a comb through it, and he really is just standing there in his underwear. He hasn’t even got a nice shirt on or anything. In fact, compared to Kageyama, who’s over a head taller and sculpted with pretty eyes and glossy hair that does not stick up every which way, he just looks a little normal. Normal with electric hair.
-
In which Hinata has spent the better part of the last twenty years putting his heart and soul into volleyball, hoping to be recognised, to be noticed. And yet he spends all these years also thinking of himself as rather plain, beyond his lack of height and bright hair, and not really noticeable at all.
