He follows Derek to the back of the van and watches as he opens the double doors, revealing a stockpile of various guns and knives.
Stiles can't help but let out a whistle.
"This sweet enough for you?" Derek asks.

It's the middle of a zombie apocalypse and all Stiles wants is to get back to his dad in California 3000 miles away, it's a little hard when he doesn't have a car or a sense of direction or any friends that aren't well, dead.

The boyfriend looks at Eddie's arm, looks at Eddie's face, does whatever math drunk people do when they're deciding whether a fight is worth it, and somehow arrives at the correct answer. He grabs maybe-horse-Ashley by the elbow and pulls her away, muttering something about firefighters that Buck doesn't catch because he's too busy trying not to pass out.
Eddie turns around. His hand is still on Buck's chest.
"Seriously?" One eyebrow up. Not angry yet, but getting there. "We've been here an hour."
"He came at me!" Buck throws his hands up. Outraged. Innocent. An absolute victim of circumstance and nothing more. "I was just talking to her."
"You were practically on top of her."
"That's just how I talk to people, Eddie. I'm a leaner. It's my thing."
Eddie stares at him for a second. His hand drops from Buck's chest and he shakes his head, turning back to the bar.
"Get yourself a drink," Eddie says over his shoulder. "And stay out of trouble for five minutes."
He makes it roughly eleven minutes before he does something stupid again.

Summary
Recently, there has been a strange pull whenever he gets close to his best friend. Something sharper, heavier than his usual skin hunger, an itch that seems impossible to scratch. At first Buck chalks it up to the usual clinginess, like it’s some kind of side effect showing up after ignoring it for so long.
But this thing seems a little different and he doesn’t understand it. He feels so lost and frustrated, especially when he’s forced to curl his hands into fists just to prevent himself from leaning over and bite the tendon of Eddie’s forearm while they’re bent over the same sheet of paperwork.
Or Five Times Buck takes everything Eddie's willing to give, and one time it's Eddie who takes everything Buck wants to give.
