its easier i think to yap on about pieces that have comfortable conclusions (a love confession, sure). unrequited love is a scary tag! but this is amazing and has a really realistic angle on katsuki and izuku which i really love. the bitter(sweet) emotions feel 3d; lifelike in a way i feel like i have never really read before!

i couldn’t put this down, done in 3 days, and it’s a testament to this authors talent in making a story so WOW that it felt this way. I have lots of little favorites, ill include the ones i can think of:
Maka 120 - You need someone who thinks that your quirk is awesome because it’s your power. You need someone who gets that, no matter how horrific or strange, your quirk is still a part of you.
I found this very touchingIzukus resets in all of their contexts, so freaking GOOD. Sports festival (i love these bad, his resolve is chilling), the tower escape, the bridge, the tokyo prison with his breakdown. I have grown to love this izuku so much
Not only his friendships but also his relationships with fury or sasaki !!! showed his character so well
Story in full of course. I think that writing a good story, let alone one as long as this, being able to make it feel short and exciting, is so so amazing.

Seongje smirks.
Baekjin closes his eyes. Tries to breathe through the aching in his ribs and the burning in his gut.
A moment later, something thumps on the coffee table. Baekjin looks.
The first-aid kit.
Seongje is kneeling, sleeves rolled up.
“Forgot my sexy nurse costume,” he says. “I’ll bring it next time.”
Baekjin doesn’t reply.
He just sits still and lets Seongje start with the cut above his eyebrow. The antiseptic stings. The bandage is tight.
