That woman's powers are real vicious, he remembers thinking to himself as he looked at Riyo’s crumpled form on the ground. Real vicious.

Zanka lays in his infirmary cot and his mind drifts back to Jabber Wonger and their fight... and a little more than that.

A darker part of Zanka wished that fight had been more, that he had managed to beat Jabber into the ground, to have heard the other man’s pained wheezes and moans. That part of Zanka craves the pain that he inflicts onto the raider. It wants to have the man bruised and bloodied and shaking with effort to keep moving. That part of Zanka could be called sadistic even, but that part deserves to be pushed down and put under lock.
