Takes place in the 90's like the movies (I'd like to think 1996 or 1997), but some character time-canon things are tweaked, so it's not strictly canon-compliant (Draco is not at Hogwarts yet/Weasley twins are in their third year). I write her being 20-21 in mind, but feel free to self-insert a different age. Reader is a 7th-year student who transferred in her 5th year. Snape being Draco's godfather fanon trope included.
