Summary
They’ve been laying there for hours, fucking and making out until they’re hard again and then fucking one more time, rinse and repeat. Somewhere along the afternoon the sun has begun to set, orange stripes of light coming through the blinded windows and draping beautifully over the mess of a motel room they’re staying in. Not that either of them would bother to stop to appreciate the view right now.

Summary
Sometimes Dean thinks he knows John better than anyone in the world, better than he knows himself, and other times he thinks he doesn’t know a damn thing about him. The man who makes him lick his boots and spits in his mouth and cuts him open isn’t his father, but he is. Maybe he never used to be this man and this is just who he turned into, and maybe it’s Dean’s fault, and Dean has to take what he is given and be grateful for it.
Dean feels disgusting. He feels like a freak. He feels like he’ll die if John doesn’t touch him.

Somehow it wasn’t enough. Breaking his hand wasn’t enough. Throwing up everything he choked down wasn’t enough. And beating on his bulging stomach while it cramped and gurgled violently from the abuse still wasn’t enough to make his fucked up brain convince itself he was no longer trapped inside Alastair's world of infinite agony.
Or Dean eats his weight in empty calories and throws it all up again because he needs to remind himself he is alive by breaking himself apart.
