Taehyun’s cat didn’t like people very much. He didn’t hide or growl at the sight of a new person, but he wasn’t friendly either.
Enter Beomgyu, Hobak’s favourite person number 2 and therefore, the only exception to his indifferent behaviour.

and beomgyu was so bright, far brighter than his skin could handle, eliciting warmth that was easily noticeable in its absence. the brightness wasn’t matched by his gentle glimmer, something that was hard to notice, even beside the midnight sky. and even if he would disappear completely below the shining sun — somehow he would always be daylight’s competition.

Yeonjun took one look at Beomgyu’s face, making him chuckle. “Oh ya for sure. He’s the hot one over there behind the register.” His tone was heavily sarcastic, almost anyone able to sense that he was kidding.
