"Well... it's more or less – well more – of a dyadic bond. But only the first stages! So really we're 'technically' ...engaged."
Extremely unprepared for this revelation all the tea Miles had been sipping is forcibly ejected from his mouth.
"If it went further into a dyadic bond then you'd be my husband and mate." Wright says casually, like a great burden has been lifted off of his chest.
Miles can only stare at Wright in abject horror and shock as he processes all of this information.
How did I let this happen?
