    It looms behind their back like a specter. The pitiful monument that shows the world exactly how torn up Bruce Wayne was over his second son's death. A simple stone, not even in the family plot. Resting beside Willis and Catherine Todd.

    Dick is the one to break the silence. "Don't you get sad coming here?"

    The words are presented simply. No judgment, no predetermined answer. Just honest, open curiosity between brothers who have shared far more of themselves before. "Not really," Jason mutters between drags. "It's quiet here."
