Yeah, Hyeongjun could do this. Jiseok is nice, in both personality and looks. He already pointed out the pros: getting more comfortable with romance, having protection from strangers in public, and no more questions about their love life. The cons seem to be few: acting outside of their comfort zone, engage in mildly believable PDA around the band and in public. The pros outweigh the cons, don’t they?
Jiseok asks, “So… are we doing this?”
“What, do you want a contract to get it in writing?” Jiseok opens his mouth with excitement lighting up in his eyes, but Hyeongjun shuts that down. “Nevermind, we probably don’t want any evidence. But yes, I’m okay with pretending to date.” After a moment, realizing Jiseok stills seems to be stuck on something, Hyeongjun asks, “Did you want to make a contract?”
“I did say I was a nerd,” Jiseok says with a grin. “You’ll have to get used to that.”

Hyeongjun agrees to let Jiseok, a friend of a friend and their new rhythm guitarist, pretend to be his boyfriend. Practice makes perfect, opposites attract, and the confusion of falling in love for the first time when you don't quite understand what that means.

“So, like, is he actually a clone?” Jooyeon asks, and Hyeongjun still doesn’t like being spoken about as if he’s not a real person. “He looks like you when we debuted.”
Hyeongjun furrows his eyebrows. “We haven’t debuted yet. It’s still a week away.”
The six in front of him share a look of disbelief.
“Hyeongjun,” Gunil starts, voice careful, “What year is it?”
“Twenty twenty-one.”
The expression of the others and their muffled conversation makes Hyeongjun think that right now, wherever he is, that answer probably isn’t true.
The week preceding his debut, Hyeongjun gets to spend a day in the future.

Summary
He spreads Hyeongjun’s legs further and places his palms flat against his inner thighs, fingers eagerly hooking into the loops of the fishnets. When Jiseok peers up at Hyeongjun, he can tell by the unimpressed look on his face that he knows what Jiseok is thinking.
Jiseok gives his brightest, most pleading smile. “Can I rip them?”
“Just pull them down,” Hyeongjun replies. Jiseok readjusts his grip on the stockings and they both know he has already made up his mind.
“I’m gonna rip them,” he announces, and then he grabs the thin knit and yanks in opposite directions, tearing them apart at the crotch with a loud noise that makes Hyeongjun wince.

“Quit with this shit,” Hyeongjun snaps. “I don’t want to deal with you today.”
“’Deal with me’? Am I a problem to you?” He doesn’t sound saddened, he sounds irate.
He gets closer again, he steps into Hyeongjun’s space, and with his angered, pre-rut Alpha scent swarming right in Hyeongjun’s face, he can’t stand it. Adrenaline rushes in his veins and he shoves Jooyeon again, harder this time, and it nearly sends him to the ground. Hyeongjun isn’t strong by any means but he can tell Jooyeon wasn’t expecting it. He rushes at Hyeongjun, and suddenly, they’re both on the floor.

"You—" Hyeongjun bites off, startled. He doesn't even need to finish his words— Jooyeon only whines again, embarrassed, burying his face further into Hyeongjun's skin.
Fuck. Fucking— he hates having a beta's nose sometimes. He smelt him in the kitchen because his scent was so damn strong it seeped out of his room. It's so obvious— the scent alone is ridiculous, fuck him for thinking it was just him in a mood— but Jooyeon's also practically burning up, skin hot through his shirt, arms tense where they wrap around Hyeongjun.
Jooyeon's in his rut.
"Sorry," Jooyeon mumbles against his spine. A shudder runs through him and his hands press a little further into Hyeongjun's stomach, but he doesn't move any closer. He continues to ramble, fast, like he needs to get it out. "Sorry, I thought— maybe just, laying… but— can you— just one, one thing? Please? And I'll leave you alone, it just isn't the same, not anymore, not by myself—"
Hyeongjun helps Jooyeon with his rut.

In his left hand, Jooyeon holds a decently sized glass vial, filled to the top with liquid and sealed with a cork. Unsubtly, the words Holy Water are scrawled across the glass in permanent marker. His other hand clutches a long silver chain adorned with a cross that dangles heavily between his fingers.
Jooyeon speaks, turning the items over in his hands. “Why do you have this?”
He has to force the words out of his mouth, and they come out more timid than he had practiced. “I want you to use them on me.”
“Use them on you?” Jooyeon says incredulously. “Jun, won’t these things hurt you?”
“That’s… that’s kinda the point.”

“Well, you have ten minutes until your race starts, so get it all out now,” Jooyeon said, his tone purely teasing. “I’m gonna go find Jiseok, but I’ll see you after, okay Jungsu-hyung?” he added, winking at Jungsu before sliding a hand into Hyeongjun’s hair, tipping his head up so they could kiss. It was far too long and far too graphic for how public the situation was, but only Jungsu saw the way Jooyeon’s eyes fluttered open just slightly, casting him a sidelong glance as if to make sure he was watching.

"Well—" Jiseok dragged out the syllable as he danced around Hyeongjun. Hyeongjun followed him with his head, but refused to turn and play into what Jiseok was getting at. "I need two people to do this spell, and you just so happen to be part magic, Mr. Hyeongjun." When Jiseok popped back into Hyeongjun's field of vision, his grin had morphed into a cheshire one. Hyeongjun had a really bad feeling about this.
