Tommy’s family doesn’t seem to like him very much, they left him years after their mom died and now suddenly they’re back? Who do they think they are to just jam themselves into the life he made for himself.
But what if the reason they had to leave was because they couldn’t stop staring at his lips, or looking too far down when he walked away after an argument, the last straw was when the boy had come downstairs in tiny shorts they could not stop staring at?

"So how am I like as a hero?" Izuku asked.
Katsuki stared at the sky, the sun briefly blinding his vision. He averted his gaze to stare at the ground, just to avoid Izuku's eyes. "You're fucking amazing. You're so devoted to perfecting your quirk, and not only that, your heroism is remarkable. You left a mark on the world in such a short period of time. Everything you've done has been ideal. I always struggle to catch up to you and your amazing abilities."
Izuku was silent for a few heartbeats.
"There's no hero as incredible as you."
Or, the boy in question was hit by a quirk that made him go back in time when he was an asshole in middle school. This time, he has a chance to do everything right-- and to finally give himself closure from his raging emotions.
The same also occurs to the middle schooler Katsuki, who gets a chance to go the future and see how different his life is, especially with things involving Izuku.
