Summary
A prequel set in the times right before the fall of Krat.
Natasha, a young, impoverished noblewoman, arrives in Krat to stay with her father's old friend, the accomplished engineer Geppetto. There she meets Pinocchio - a charming, yet disturbing machine imitating a human, a source of great controversy in the city. Quickly she realises that there is more to this city than meets the eye, and everything ties back to the two Geppettos. Ever since listening to music for the first time, P’s developed a fond interest for collecting records. It’s not something Gepetto, Sophia, or any of the other attendees of Hotel Krat could have expected to happen.
Though they endure a horrible time of plague and frenzy, the music at least reminds them that there is still something to look forward to for the next day.

They are not the people they used to be. The past nevertheless catches up to them, and they all must look it in the eye sooner or later.
Memories he never knew he was missing collided with a heart learning how to beat, thanks to people he didn’t know he lost and love he didn’t know he felt. None of them can accept the tragedies their lives were meant to be.
He rekindles the flame, but it’s not that simple. Life is not that simple.
But they’ll always have each other, for better and for worse. They’ll be okay.
