Tommy blinked. Gradually, the corners of his mouth dropped into the deepest frown he’d ever made. “What the fuck? Why?”
“Why?” Icarus froze and Tommy raised a judgemental eyebrow. “It’s because of your powers.”
“My powers,” he echoed. “I never told you whether or not I had powers.”
“I can… sense them,” Icarus bullshitted. Tommy pinched the bridge of his nose.
“Right. What are they, then,” he retorted.
“Uh… super… powers,” the villain answered, sounding more unsure of himself by the second.
Tommy wanted to bash his head against a wall. “Really? That’s the best you could do?”

Tommy isn’t sure why handing someone their keys is such a big deal, but now he’s left with a huge problem: Every supervillain in the city wants him to be their apprentice!

Phil grinned. “I’m glad you’re okay with this, Wilbur.”They get their first call barely a month later. At two in the morning, Phil shakes Wilbur awake to tell him the news.

Summary
"Let's start making it happen." As soon as those words fell out of Schlatt's mouth, a bright light nearly blinded everyone as well as the sound of a portal's unnatural hum.
When the light died down and everyone got their vision back, a portal, structured like a Nether Portal but built out of metal and stone, glowing silver, stood right between and before the stage and the audience. They were stunned as a figure came out of said portal, tall, decked out in full enchanted netherite. A man with a familiar mask but unfamiliar clothes stood.
"Where's Dream?" The man with the red hood, wearing Dream's mask immediately asked.
Before anyone could even react or answer, the portal behind him flared brightly and the man jumped away with an annoyed grunt as another man decked in netherite tumbled out of the silver glowing portal. Wild dark hair, dark blue eyes, burnt scars underneath his chin-
"Tubbo?" Tommy muttered in surprise, somehow recognizing him as his best friend.
"Tommy!" The older Tubbo screamed, but not at Tommy who stood beside Wilbur. But at the masked man with the red hood.
Two broken men stay in the past in hopes of a better future.

Summary
Regardless, Tommy’s view on The Angel of Death was officially forever changed. After witnessing firsthand just how human Phil truly is. Phil isn’t how the stories tell him to be, not in the slightest.
Phil is a person, just like everyone else.
Phil is a father, who just lost his only son.
Their eyes met then, and Tommy could see the pain and grief swirl around in Phil’s eyes as they stared into his own.
“He loved you, y’know,” Phil said after a couple of moments, the first words he’s uttered to Tommy since he showed up, as he stared back at the headstone. “We would write letters back and forth. From the moment he left home, until about three months ago. He talked very highly of you.”
“What did he say about me?”
OR: Nobody bothered to come to Wilbur's funeral, which was planned a week after his death. Nobody but Tommy and Phil, who are complete strangers, but come together to mourn the death of Wilbur.

Summary
But Wilbur is a ball and chain in the middle of the sea, slowly but steadily dragging himself down to the ocean floor with Tommy unknowingly trapped inside his cuff. It’s unfair that Tommy has had to drown with Wilbur for so many years, desperately trying to swim both of them back to the surface. It’s fruitless, and Tommy wonders sometimes if it would be better to just cut the chain that binds them together. To let Wilbur sink on his own, while Tommy heads for air.
He could never do that though; as much as he wants to. He’ll let Wilbur sink them both, and Tommy will swim and thrash as the surface grows more and more distant. Hoping and wishing for a lifeboat. For someone to help them to shore, and to pull Tommy’s freezing body into their warm, loving arms and drape a towel over his wet shoulders.
He thinks Phil might be that person, Techno too. Tommy wants to let them be and he wishes for Wilbur to want that too.
OR: Wilbur and Tommy are brothers in the foster system. Wilbur is struggling with addiction, Tommy is always left to pick up the pieces. But now with Techno and Phil here, hopefully they’ll be able to help. (Only Wilbur does not want help.)

Summary
Wilbur was fairly certain he’d do anything Tommy asked him to. So when the kid texted him at four in the morning to ask, road trip?, Wilbur was already typing out a hell yeah before Tommy’s pls came through.
In a way, Wilbur was relieved Tommy had asked. These last few months, Wilbur had felt the pull of Tommy drifting away. His sharp quips— once comedic— had become barbs. The circles under his eyes were growing steadily darker, despite the fact that Tommy was sleeping more, not less. He was quieter too. For anyone else, that might be only slightly strange, but for Tommy, it was as good as a damn fire alarm. Something was wrong, but so far, Wilbur was no closer to understanding what.
When summer rolled around, he feared that Tommy would shut himself in and pull away even further. A road trip was the perfect opportunity to drag him out of the pit he’d dug for himself.
Or, Tommy's depressed. A road trip seems the ideal solution.

He almost regretted it when he saw the broken look on the man's face. Still, there was that twinge of almost-recognization. The stranger (was he a stranger?) looked disappointed, but not at him. Tommy almost wished he was the person this guy was looking for, he looked nice. Despite accusing him of being his son and almost crying on him, this was the nicest anyone had been for a while.
"It's okay," the man said with a small, pained, smile, tears still in his eyes. "I'm sure you'll remember soon. And when you do, just ask around for Grian, alright?"
AKA: Grian starts getting nightmares after season eight of Hermitcraft begins and begins to regain memories he didn't know he was missing. Servers away, Tommy notices something's wrong.

Summary
The royal family of Antarctic empire isn’t exactly close.
Emperor Philza is always occupied; Tommy hasn’t seen Techno in months, and even if Wilbur is here, their relationship can be described to be strained at best.
The royal family doesn’t need to be close, however, it only needs to be balanced, like the pillars holding the country above their heads – as long as they are strong and steady, the Empire will be too. It’s the principle that held Tommy’s back straight and his shoulders broad through the years of hardships and trials of errors; through yet another formal meeting where his father’s gaze would look past him and where his brother’s words would be filled with poison that makes the deepest parts of his soul ache.
At that time, Tommy couldn't know that his family would find a replacement for him in the face of a commoner boy named Ranboo.

Techno had punched him in the face for that. None of his other comrades ever brought up the Blood God again.

“You follow the Blood God?” the new kid said, staring up at Techno with unbelievably blue eyes.
“Yeah,” Techno replied, perhaps a bit gruffer than he meant to, “What’s it to you?”
“Nothing!” the new kid said, grinning wildly, “I love that guy. He gets all the ladies. Hey, we should be friends!”Or: Techno is the last devout follower of the Blood God. Tommy may or may not be said god.

Summary
Tommy hasn't seen or spoken to his brothers in almost seven years. And it was supposed to stay that way. In fact Tommy wasn't ever supposed to see or speak to his brother until they apologized to him. Or at least that's what he thought.
Now in his senior year in the most prestigious school in the country due to a very strange set of circumstances, Tommy is shocked to find his out his brothers are coming home a semester early and are going to be staying at home with him again.
With his whole world shaken and his perfectly crafted world crumbled by this news, Tommy figure out how to manage his knew home life with his current school life.
Not to mention he's also part of the school theatre program that is much more demanding than anything he's ever done before.
Tommy has to make it through his last semester of high school, last show with the school that has done so much for him and now his entire schedule and life has been thrown to the wind by his family. And why are they acting like nothings wrong?
