Summary
While out at a club in New York to celebrate Pike and Jackie's joint bachelor/bachelorette party Shane runs into someone unexpected, Cliff Marleau. Feeling hurt and petty after having been ghosted by Ilya for the past six months Shane decides to hook up with Marleau.
Ilya is back in Russia and regrets having ghosted Shane. He thinks he will have time to fix things, to make things right, once he returns to Boston in the fall. What Ilya doesn't expect is to return only to find out Shane and Marleau are now in a relationship.

“He was going to tell me to leave the 118?” Buck says.
“You know that's not the point,” She then mumbles more so to herself than to him, “Lord, he said this would be a fight, he just didn't say I would be the one fighting it.”
Or; weeks after Bobby's death Buck is facing a team that still treats him like he's fragile, a best friend that's taking his home back, and feeling more lost than he ever has. One of Bobby's last gifts to him is a way out and forward, so Buck takes it. He just doesn't necessarily tell everyone where he's going.

"Likewise." Sal nodded his head towards Buck. "What got you so wired?"

Tommy squeezes Buck’s neck in reassurance that he’s right here. “You tell me what you need at any time. You tell me to stop, I’ll stop. This is all about feeling good and making it through our date. Let’s see how long you can last.” The last sentence comes out as a rough whisper, exposing Tommy’s need too. It sends a whole new shockwave through Buck. This is why Buck loves Tommy; he is so kind and patient and on the other hand he’s down to make Buck come in public. It’s about balance.
Or: Tommy plays with Buck using an app controlled vibrator during a date night and both like it a lot more than they thought they would.
