Summary
Vegeta flinched as more loud bangs started to go off without stopping, cursing and pressing his palms into his eyes. Though they didn't sound quite as loud and haunting as the explosions during the wars and massacres he took part in, but they still made the hairs on the back of his neck rise. The screams of excitement started to sound like those of the creatures he killed as they begged for their lives. The lives he so carelessly ended.

Concentrating, he delicately traced the sepals and felt them take shape, firm and resilient. He coaxed the ovaries and stamens into being with a delicate weave of power, a nebulous network of life. At last, the petals unfolded, opening to the warmth of the morning sun that spilled across his face.
His whole body trembled as he opened his eyes.
