   Summary

   The Took blood in bilbo was often described as a sleeping dragon: quiet, respectable, and buried under layers of velvet waistcoats and doilies. But as the Company of Thorin Oakenshield pressed further into the wild, the "Baggins" side of Bilbo began to wither under the heat of adrenaline, and the "Took" side woke up with a roar and a thirst for heights.

   By the time they reached the lands of Beorn, Bilbo wasn't just a burglar; he was a walking heart attack for thirteen Dwarves.
