Summary
When Lloyd was a kid he always admired Kai, however after he aged up his feelings seemed too strong to be admiration. Lloyd fears what will happen if he ever tells Kai, or any of the other Ninja he thinks they all still see him as a little kid, even though they're all the same age. So he hides his feelings for Kai.
Kai always thought of Lloyd as a best friend or little brother until he sees him for the first time after a year and something about him seems different. Something that only he seems to notice. Is it just him or did Lloyd become... handsome?
Now both boys have to reckon with their feelings for eachother all the while fearing how it will affect the team if they let their secrets slip, all the while fighting the Sons of Garmadon and preventing them from getting all the masks to resurrect Lord Garmadon.
(Takes place during the Oni and Dragon Trillogy)

Kai makes it home, but what he's been through changed him. He's finally ready to do something about feelings he's had for a long time... but he needs to recover from his trauma first. Lloyd is just doing his best.
