Apparently, he had the horny version of All for One now. Copying and maybe stealing quirks with sex. God or that weird Limbo entity thought that giving Izuku an ability based around his fucked up dub-con kink was a good idea! Somehow, not having enough good shit happen to him in his past life gave him the unholy combo of his father's quirk and sex pheromones. How!?
He wasn't qualified to save the world and kill his sperm donor again, but better this time. He had rape and murder fantasies. He was kinda a yandere. And his ideal murder was ripping off someone's head and shoving it in a blender. It was going to be a miracle if he didn’t kill someone with his yandere instincts going wild, considering everyone he loved died in the last timeline. This could really only end in disaster.

In this world, there are three different types of soulmate identification marks. Some are connected to their soulmate by a red string that pulls them towards each other. Others can only see one color until they make eye contact with their soulmate. The rest form up a small minority that are connected to their soulmate through pain, being able to feel when their soulmate got hurt.
Keigo Takami is one of these small minorities to feel his soulmate's pain. Which, for most people, would be an annoyance at most. However, his soulmate seemed to get hurt a lot. Bruises, red marks, and a lot of something that feels akin to burning. It had gotten to the point where it seemed like he carried the injuries of his soulmate more often then not as a kid. That all seemed to stop one day when he was eleven, after his skin grew bright red and a burning feeling erupted throughout his whole body. After that, he felt no pain and assumed his soulmate was dead. After all, who could survive something like THAT? Even if his soulmate had some how made it out alive... Well, Hawks wouldn't wish the pain they must feel on his worst enemy.

Two different people with quite similar problems wonder what would happen if they met.

You're born with a string tied to your hand, connecting you to your soulmate. This string ties you together and people found over the years that you can send your soulmate something to show them you're there. Tying bows and knots, knitting and crochet. People found there was no end to the creativity found in the red string.
Corpse has a crochet addiction and so does his soulmate, which means they are often exchanging gifts.
Sykkuno can't help but wonder where his soulmate finds the time to crochet all of these things when he only finds time for smaller projects.
