Speaking of, Megumi is especially pressed about not letting him die. Yuji thinks it’s stupid, Megumi doesn’t get to think that he can die but Yuji has to stay alive. He’s the one who called Mahoraga and sacrificed himself, why can’t Yuji do essentially the same?

They would notice if he brought the medication with him. Gojo wouldn’t be suspicious in any lawful regard, but he’d probably drag him back to Shoko and demand an investigation into his physical health.

But now, at the beginning of his sophomore year of high school, Tsumiki has gone away to college and his conflicting emotions about one of his friends have thrown him for a loop. But still, Gojo is there. He doesn't leave and remains an ever constant persence in Megumi's life, which he is eternally grateful for. But sometimes, it's not enough to silence the voices in his head, however much Gojo tries.
